Michael Radford Moore, M.D.

Michael Radford Moore, M.D. is the Medical Director for Aesthetic Elevation Knox. Dr. Moore graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Cellular & Molecular Biology.  While serving in the Army Reserves, he graduated top of his class as an Operating Room Specialist. He attended medical school at the Uniformed Services University’s F. Edward Herbert School of Medicine, and graduated in 2005 as a Captain. He served as a flight surgeon in Afghanistan for two tours, and was awarded the Bronze Star. He recently retired from the Army Medical Corps as a Lieutenant Colonel, and moved back home to Tennessee. Dr. Moore is an avid University of Tennessee sports fan, and when the weather is warm he can be found with his family enjoying our beautiful lakes. We are ecstatic to have him as a part of our team!

Amy Pouliot is our clinic’s physician assistant and cofounder of Aesthetic Elevation Knoxville. Originally born and raised in Tampa Florida, Amy graduated from the University  of Florida in 2015 and subsequently graduated at the top of her class with her masters from South College Physician Assistant  program in Knoxville in 2017. Since then she has continued to turn the beaches in for the mountains, and has been working as a part of the neurosurgery team at UT Medical Center .  It is her passion and goal to use her medical background to provide the utmost precision and explanation of procedures to her patients.  She believes that  medical aesthetics can be for everyone to look and feel their best. As an active community member in Knoxville, Amy is a current big sister in the Big Brother Big Sister  program of East Tennessee and an active member of the Junior League of Knoxville. When she’s not working or volunteering in her community, she can usually be found reading a good book or binging the latest Yellowstone episode  with her mini goldendoodle , Rip. 

Lori Vittetoe is a Knoxville native and cofounder of Aesthetic Elevation. She holds bachelor's in nursing from East Tennessee State University as well, a Master's in Business from The University of Tennesse, and is currently pursuing a master's in nursing at Carson Newman University. With over ten years of nursing experience and ten years of medical sales experience she makes relationship building a priority. She is intuitive to patient needs and is excited to partner with you in developing a treatment plan that achieves your esthetic goals. She strives to make every patient feel important and appreciated. 

Lori enjoys volunteering on the medical team at church and singing in the choir. Outside of the medical field, her favorite pastime is spending time with her family. She also enjoys camping, horseback riding, and travel.
